This is one of the most 'funtastic' getaway I ever had!Beating the summer heat has never been this invigorating. Getting a refreshing splash in the clear ultramarine water is something I have always looked forward to every summer.
Funtastic Island in Medellin, Cebu Philippines is a hidden paradise. It's far from the city's hurly-burly and the tainted smell of air. Medellin is three-hour drive from Cebu City. From the mainland, you have to take the pump-boat to get you to Gibitngil Island where the resort is located. It's quite a small boat but it's safe. As you travel, you'd see huge cliffs that create borders between the earth and the sea. It's indeed a sight to behold.
The cottages are situated on enormous rock formations anchored in the depths of the crystal clear seawater. The entire view of the resort resembles a playground because of its frisky colors. The place is perfect for family and barkada outing. They have spacious cottages overlooking the beach and a barbecue pit.
